I think we're stuck at the same stage. We signed a contract on the 12th, I think, and haven't seen a a copy signed by the bank yet. At least all the realtors involved were somewhat upfront about things, they told us the closing wouldn't be until the 2nd week of July this back in April. They mentioned how slow all they banks are right now due to forclosures and stuff, and that this bank was especially slow moving. I hope things start to cruise along for you guys. Good luck!
