It is quite ingenious.  Grab a calculator or if you really want to, or go ahead and do this in your head.  This does not follow the order of operations so do each operation in full before going to the next step:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Take the first three digits of your phone number (NOT including area code)<\/li>\n<li>Multiply by 80<\/li>\n<li>Add 1<\/li>\n<li>Multiply by 250<\/li>\n<li>Add the last 4 digits of your phone number<\/li>\n<li>Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again<\/li>\n<li>Subtract 250<\/li>\n<li>Divide by 2<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Recognize the answer??  Again, I thought this was very cool and something different from my house hunting stories.
